Gary REPEATLY TELLS HIM TO LEAVE HIM ALONE. He keeps the Camera On, LIES AND SAYS IT'S OFF, follows him around even takes DETAILED FOOTAGE OF HIS BIKE.

I heard your other camera man say "FORGIVE HIM IT WAS HIS FIRST DAY ON THE JOB".

DUH!! Gary Dourdan can "plead no contest" all he wants, but he was still CONVICTED of assault on his former girlfriend! That means he was FOUND GUILTY! He was ordered, by the court, to attend anger management sessions and stay away from the victim.

The guy seems to have some issues with anger, whether it's a girlfriend or anyone else who happens to pi**him off.

158. No sympathy here. This guy was shooting video for TMZ? No wonder you're pissed. Let me ask you something, TMZ: if your low-life vulture had chased Gary and caused him to get into an accident, would you apologize? Yeah, and I'm sure you'd mean it, too.

Maybe this will serve as a lesson to the money-grubbing slime balls out there: you never know what might happen when you photog a celeb, so tread with caution. Keep hounding people and someday one of them is apt to pull out a gun.

159. From what I can see, in the first "attack" video, where is the attack? Sounds like Dourdan is just frustrated with the media. In the second video, what a joke. The photog gradually grows more upset and works himself up into his own little fake production. Not once is Gary seen in the video, and he is just acting like a photog trying to make a story. If he was that hurt, why is he still running around all over the place? Plus, he says repeatedly his camera is broken, only someone lying would say it that many times. Overexplaination is a trait of a liar. There is no story here.

160. I've seen some sketchy "articles" on TMZ before but this is just a flat out lie. I watched the damn video more than once and don't see ANY of these bogus claims. I don't mind if TMZ spices some things up sometimes, but this is ridiculous. I don't see anything TMZ told me I would see. Come on people don't fall for more of this BS.

Obviously if you stalkarazzi would stop photo-raping people then you wouldn't get your asses kicked all the time. Maybe your photog deserved it. I'm sure most people don't like it when a camera is shoved in their face every time they step out of a restaurant or even their home. Have some respect TMZ, if not for Gary and other celebs, at least have some for yourselves.

164. Folks, contrary to the opinion of so many here, you can be sure that Gary Dourdan is not special as he and some here suppose him to be. He has no special right to privacy when he is in public or in public view. It is every citizen's right to photograph anyone who is in public view on public streets, public sidewalks, public parks, public beaches and such places where a person does not have a "reasonable expectation of privacy," such as a public restroom or a public beach bathhouse. So says the United States Supreme Court in court opinions and orders in interpretation of the Constitution of the United States. Neither Dourdan nor any other persons who suppose themselves to be special is an exception. The photog did not provoke this attack. Imagining himself to be special and to have special rights, Gary Dourdan and no other is the provoker. In his own vain and conceited thinking, imagining himself to have a special rank on a roster of social distinctions, he fomented and inflamed himself to attack this unfortunate person who did nothing more than cross the path of a violent person who has an ugly temper. I think Dourdan has mental issues that could have caused him to do much worse than he did in this incident. The next person who may become the target of his vain imaginations, ugly temper and violent rage may not fare as well as this victim did.
